Here's What to Do:
1. Check with Your Pharmacy First: Before reaching out to us, see if you have any refills available at your pharmacy.
2. No Refills Left? Contact Us: If your pharmacy confirms there are no refills remaining, please contact our office.
3. Schedule a Follow-Up Appointment: To process refill requests, it's important that you have a follow-up appointment scheduled with us.
4. Submit Requests in Advance: Make sure to submit all refill requests through our office at least three (3) business days before your medication runs out.
5. Plan Ahead: Remember, weekends and holidays don't count as business days. We can't promise same-day refills or accommodate requests made with less than three business day's notice.
