It is a shame that even though this is a good doctor who takes her time to explain things, the office is a whole different thing. The office itself is very disorganized, no one can truly explain your questions properly. Be aware of billing and check your claims, I am owe close to $60.00 as I was forced to pay upfront for a hand ultrasound in July and here we are in October and after numerous calls and emails I have not been refunded by the office manager wo has chosen to ignore my calls or emails. Per the insurance as the doctor is in network they must honor the contract and refund what I pay over the insurance claim . Patient be aware and make sure you pay accordingly.

I value any doctors that actually listen to you. I have recently had more health issues than I care to share, and Dr. Farheen has always made me feel like she genuinely cared about what I was saying and never made me feel rushed in any way. I can’t express how much I value her listening and not trying to rush me out of the room to move on to the next patient. Put simply, she cares about my health issues and wants to work with me to help me deal with my RA issues. She explains what medication she thinks is best and we have a plan for how I can move forward to live my best life possible for my needs. I have also seen her nurse practitioner several times and she treated me the same. Her staff has been supportive as well. I truly wish all doctors would stop and take a look at the way her office is run but mostly at the way she makes me feel like she cares about me and actually listens. It’s been hard for me to find doctors that truly cared about their patients, and take the time to explain why they are suggesting that you do this or take that medication… I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Farheen, and her staff.

Leticia is, without a doubt, one of the best psychiatrists I have ever had. She is kind, patient, encouraging, and incredibly professional. I had a wonderful experience with Leticia Loret de Mola . From the beginning, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She truly listened to me, allowed me to explain what I was experiencing, and never made me feel judged. What stood out to me the most was how quickly she understood what I was trying to explain.
