Payments are made upfront, and we securely store your credit card information to
manage any fees from no-shows or cancellations. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to verify your benefits, particularly for out-of-network mental health services.
If your insurance is out-of-network and you prefer to self-pay, we can provide a
superbill. This document can be submitted to your insurance company, and you may receive reimbursement for part of your expenses. Be sure to inquire about your insurance company’s reimbursement rates for mental health services, both in-person and via telehealth.
